Astrara provides personalised digital astrology and sound-practice materials. The exact contents, length, questions answered, add-ons, and delivery estimate are those shown for the product at checkout.
Readings are intended for personal guidance and self-reflection. They are not financial, medical, legal, psychological, or other professional advice, and no particular outcome is promised.
Your order and payment
Prices and the total currency are shown before you continue to Stripe. Payment is taken through Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and the information needed to prepare it has been received.
You are responsible for checking names, email addresses, dates, times, places, questions, and recipient details. Approximate or unknown birth times are accepted, but can change the available chart detail and interpretation.
Personalisation and delivery
Preparation may begin soon after payment because each order is personalised. Delivery windows begin after successful payment and receipt of complete, usable details. If we need clarification, the delivery window may pause until you reply.
Minor formatting fixes and corrections to information we entered incorrectly will be made without charge. A change to customer-supplied birth details, questions, participants, or scope after preparation begins may require a new order or an additional fee.
Cancellations, problems, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. What can be cancelled or refunded depends on whether personalised work has begun, whether digital content has been supplied, and the consumer law that applies. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.

Personal use and intellectual property
You may download, store, print, and use your finished reading for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Astrara and its licensors retain ownership of the design, templates, written framework, branding, and underlying materials. You may not resell, publish, train a model on, or commercially reproduce them without written permission.
Responsibility
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Astrara is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on a reading, indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or delay caused by events outside reasonable control.
